What's Next?

Await a phone call from the midwife to discuss your pregnancy and address your questions. 

In the mean time you can try to focus on getting a healthy diet full of fresh foods and lean sources of protein. Exercise is great in pregnancy and helps prepare you for birthing your baby. A high quality prenatal vitamin is recommend to ensure you get the nutrients and minerals you and your baby needs. Having a prenatal with DHA can help with fetal brain development and folate/folic acid can help to reduce the risk of neural tube defects in your baby. Work on reducing your daily stress and begin deep breathing exercises or meditation to help mentally prepare for birth.
